Mini Cheesecakes

38 oz cream cheese
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Mix together
place cups on cookie sheet
1 vanilla wafer 2/3 cup full

bake 350 for 25 min
Makes 30 cakes
